Scones are an English evening staple yet, as a general rule, they can be partaken in any season of Mary Berry's "unique scones" can be made in just 22 minutes - and this is the way.
The 88-year-old said: "The mystery of a decent scone isn't to have the combination excessively dry and not to deal with the batter excessively."
