'Unfamiliar fear based oppressors' behind lethal Philippine besieging, authorities say

 

Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr denounced a lethal besieging on Sunday, accusing "unfamiliar fear based oppressors", as police and the military reinforced security in the nation's south and around the capital Manila.
