Punjab 'faces' gas deficiency

 

Most Punjab regions including Lahore are confronting gas lack after a drop in mercury, ARY News revealed, citing Sui Northern Gas Organization sources.

Sources inside Sui Northern Gas Organization (SNGC), occupants in most of Punjab regions including Lahore are confronting gas deficiency at the three fixed times (breakfast, lunch and supper) because of an expanded hole popular and supply after an expansion in chilliness.

The interest for gas is 2100 million cubic feet, while the stockpile is around 1200 million cubit feet.

Recently, Sui Northern Gas Organization (SNGC) put fix charges on the November tabs of the shoppers after endorsement from the overseer government.

As per authorities, safeguarded shoppers utilizing 0.9 hectometer gas will pay Rs400 as fixed month to month charges, while non-safeguarded clients consuming up to 1.5 hecta meters will be charged an extra Rs1,000 in their bills.

Authorities say customers whose use of gas is ZERO will likewise pay Rs400/month to month fixed charges.
