PTI claims Usman Dar's sibling 'stole' from Lahore; police deny contribution

 

The Pakistan Tehreek-I-Insaf (PTI) on Saturday asserted that Umar Dar, the sibling of previous party pioneer Usman Dar, was supposedly kidnapped in Lahore, blaming PML-N's Khawaja Asif for "designing" the episode to debilitate the Dar family's situation in the forthcoming races.

Conversing with Dawn.com, Lahore police representative Agha Ehtesham invalidated reports recommending that the police kept Umar. He didn't give further subtleties.

In a video shared by the PTI on X (previously Twitter), Umar's mom said that she had quite recently found her child's kidnapping from Lahore. She engaged the central equity of Pakistan to mediate and consider what is happening.

"I'm a mother and a widow. I'm profoundly upset by the ongoing circumstance. I appeal to the CJP to guarantee the presence of my child in court," she said in the video.

She added: "I'm confronting this large number of difficulties exclusively to keep me from taking part in races. I have been denied the chance to present my papers, and there are police staff positioned external my home. I state reality that these activities are pointed toward blocking my appointment in the surveys."

In its post on Instagram, the PTI said the "snatching of Umar Dar during examination ease in the political race is one more episode of the joke of regulation happening in Pakistan."

Backing the PTI claims, another party chief Omar Ayub Khan likewise denounced the snatching, saying "Umar — the child of Rehana Dar, who presented her designation papers from Sialkot to challenge against Asif — has been kidnapped by obscure individuals from Lahore".

"The rule of fear against PTI proceeds unabated," Ayub said in a post on X.

He said everybody ought to understand that "Imran Khan and PTI will win since we are on the correct way."

Appeal petitioned for recuperation of Umar Dar

In the mean time, a request has been recorded in the Lahore High Court, encouraging the recuperation of Umar Dar. Key figures, for example, the Punjab police boss and Lahore CCPO have been named as respondents in the supplication.

The request, documented by Usman's lawful advice Abuzar Salman Niazi, fought that the Dar family was relentlessly exposed to political grudge. It called attention to that Dar's mom was challenging decisions against Asif in Silakot, adding that the family was being focused on for political thought processes.

The request encouraged the court to give a request for the recuperation and presence of the missing person under the watchful eye of the court.

The Dar family's protests of police assaults and abuse are not new. Recently, Dar's mom had blamed Asif and the police for attacking their Sialkot home and mistreating her. Asif and the Sialkot police had denied the claims.

In August, Usman Dar had said his home, manufacturing plant and organizations in Sialkot were fixed and his relatives, including ladies, were left abandoned after 'express oppressiveness'

"The state has grabbed away our entitlement to live in our own nation, pronounced declared guilty party in counterfeit cases and being treated as psychological militants," Dar had expressed in a post.

In October, Usman showed up in a television interview and denounced the May 9 episode and reported stopping the PTI and governmental issues.
