The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Friday announced the Appointee Magistrate's power to give 3-MPO as unlawful.
The IHC Equity Babar Sattar acknowledged the petitions against the capture of Shehryar Afridi and Shandana Gulzar under the Upkeep of Public Request (MPO).
The court announced that the power of the 3-MPOs ought to rest just with the government bureau.
As per the choice of the Islamabad High Court, Appointee Magistrate Islamabad can't give 3-MPOs. The court acknowledged Shehryar Afridi and Shandana Gulzar's request against MPO acknowledged.
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Equity Babar Sattar conveyed the saved decision. The court requested that Islamabad Delegate Official couldn't give 3-MPOs.
